Sam Buchanan DO, FACOS

Dr. Buchanan is a Fort Worth Native. He graduated from TCU in 1971. He went on to finish medical school from UNTHSC in 1975. He completed a General Surgery residency in Columbus Ohio and became board certified in 1985. He enjoys teaching and mentoring other future surgeons, so he joined UNTHSC as clinical faculty in 1982. He is currently a clinical associate professor in the school of health professions.

Shelby Nelson DDS, MS

Dr. Nelson was born in Amarillo, Tx and she grew up in Plano, Texas after the 4th grade. After graduating high school she attended St. Edwards university in Austin, Tx and earned her degree in Biochemistry. She worked in Biotechnology for 3 years and then pursued her career in dentistry.

Shelby Genz LVN

Shelby graduated from Weatherford College of Nursing in 2007. For the past 10 years she has been treating facial esthetics and fine lines with the use of Botox and Facial fillers. She is also proficient in all types of Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) applications, and the use of the Fotona Laser for facial esthetic procedures.
